29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: On or about February 22, 2013, the table saw in the fabrication area used to cut granite was not properly guarded. Employees were exposed to the rotating blade when operating the saw.
