29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    On or about February 26, 2013, and times prior thereto, the employer does not ensure that machine guarding is provided to protect operators and other employees from caught-in between and struck-by hazards.  1)      Pocketing Department Lines 1, 2 and 3, Pocket Formers were not guarded exposing employees to crushing and/or amputation injuries. 2)      Bonnell Department the Huajian SX-200s Lines 1-15 Wire Feed Straightener Wheels were not guarded exposing employees to caught-in and/or amputations hazards.
