29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. (a) 418 County Road 995 in Iuka, MS over the trim saw - On about February 27, 2013, in the area where trimming and re-sawing was being done, next to the vertical band saw and under the OSB board saw, the saw dust had accumulated from 1/2 inch to over 4 inches high on the overhead ducts, pipes, conduits, and equipment. The dust samples results showed that the dust was a Class II combustible dust and the dust explosion class was St 1, a weak explosion.
