WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 583578 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 03 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 15, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 626 13TH AVENUE SOUTH, GREAT FALLS, MT 59405

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Construction Site: On or about February 21, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 20 feet to the ground below while roofing with no fall protection. Employees had not been trained in the recognition of these fall hazards and the means to control them. J & L ROOFING, INC.
