29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas:    On or about February 26, 2013, at the above worksite location, employees working on the front wall of the building were exposed to debris and lumber with nails located adjacent to the entrance and along the front of the building.    PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about February 26, 2013, at the above addereed worksite, an employee working on top of a wall did not have fall protection exposing him to a fall of 14 feet.      Manguals General Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313100299, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on December 15, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 7901 NW 103 Street, Hialeah, Florida 33016.
