29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 08/17/2017, at the above addressed worksite, employees were working at the edge of a roof installing cap blocks on the walls without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of approximately 15-feet. Mangual's General Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1247510, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/27/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7001 NW 106 Avenue, Doral, FL 33178.
