(a) South gable side, new residential construction located at 566 Chatuga Drive, Jonesboro, GA 30238: Employee installing soffit from a pump jack scaffold platform at heights approximately 18 feet 2 inches to 20 feet 4 inches from the ground was exposed to falls when a guardrail system was not provided along all open sides of the work platform.
