29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: (a) Front side structure, new residential construction located on Lot #143: The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 14 feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees working from a ladder jack scaffold installing fascia boards.
