Two employees installing cedar shingles on the roof of a three story residence were exposed to falls of greater than 20 feet from the eaves to the ground.  Observed on or 02/28/2013    NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.    TZW Contracting WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 413842, CONDUCTED 03/22/2012, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 02, ISSUED ON 06/23/2012.
