29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Jobsite located at 47 South Boulevard, Spring Lake, NJ 07762: The employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in roofing work was protected from falling. Employees installing cedar shingles on the roof of a two story residence were exposed to falls of approximately 20 feet from the eaves to the ground without using fall protection. Observed on or 05/06/2013. TZW Contracting WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 413842, CONDUCTED 03/22/2012, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 02, ISSUED ON 06/23/2012. NOTE: FINAL ORDER DATE - 07/25/2012.
