29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a) Location - 10 Burlington Avenue, Wilmington, MA: On or about 2/27/2013,the employer failed to conduct frequent and regular inspections of equipemtn to identify hazards such as a Rigid pipe machine threading machine which was not equipped with a momentary contact device/foot pedal switch as prescribed by the American National Standards Institute, ANSI B208.1 1982 Section 4.4.
