29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):  Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:    a) Lot #5 , 2660 Hartridge Dr SW, Marietta, GA: The employer exposed employees to fall hazards while working at a height of approximately 18 feet while installing rafters on a new residence without fall protection.    .

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladders length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:    a) Lot # 5, 2660 Hartridge Dr SW, Marietta, GA: The employer was using an extension aluminum ladder that was not extended three (3) feet above the landing exposing employees to fall hazards of 12 feet 6 inches.
