29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: On February 27, 2013, at this construction site, two employees were doing steel erection activities while standing on the midrail of the basket of two separate Genie scissor lifts model GS-1930 approximately twenty three feet high above a concrete surface on a second level of a middle school construction building. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard.
