29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a) On or about March 1, 2013, employees who were installing roofing material were not protected from falling, exposing employees to the hazard of falling 20 feet to the ground below. The Watertight Solutions, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 492198, Citation Number 1, Item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 28, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 101 Hialeah Park Drive, Saginaw, TX 76179.
