29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Press Brake Area by Amada 1030: The Dayton Pedestal fan did not have adequate strain relief as the fitting had pulled loose where the electrical cord attached to the on/off switch exposing interior wiring. (b) Fabrication Area: The foot pedal for the Notcher CSH-220 did not have adequate strain relief as the electrical cord had pulled loose where it attached to the Notcher exposing interior wiring.
