29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: At a facility located at 16200 East US 24 Highway the employer exposed employees to electrical shock and struck-by hazards. The employer exposed employees to these hazards when failing to conduct at least annual inspections of their lockout tagout procedures in order to determine effectiveness of their energy control program. The last update to procedures was performed in April 2022.

At a facility located at 16200 East US 24 Highway the employer exposed employees to electrical shock and struck-by hazards. The employer exposed employees to these hazards when failing to retrain employees as their job assignments change and employees operator different machines.
