29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(iv): Annual training for employees with occupational exposure was not provided within one year of their previous training: a) Harston Hall: Employees with occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens such as but not limited to nurses, certified nurses assistant, laundry aids, and dietary employees were not provided bloodborne pathogen training within 12 months from their prior training, on or about February 29, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
