Safeway Contracting Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312866254, citation number 1, item number 3, issued on 08/03/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 365 Boulevard (School), Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey 07604.

A guardrail system was not provided along the entire east roof edge and along the entire west roof edge of the bridge roof, on or about 3/4/2013. Safeway Contracting Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312866254, citation number 1, item number 4, issued on 08/03/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 365 Boulevard (School), Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey 07604.
