Condition(s) were noted on or about 7/05/2018.     Safeway Contracting, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 819782, citation number 2 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/26/2014, with respect to a workplace located at One College Blvd, Paterson, NJ  07505.
