29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) In the East Tank Room, on or about March 12, 2013 - An eye wash station was not provided within the work area when employees were exposed to Univar Liquichlor, a corrosive containing sodium hypochlorite with a pH of 12-14. b) In the West Tank Room, on or about March 12, 2013 - An eye wash station was not provided within the work area when employees were exposed to Univar Liquichlor, a corrosive containing sodium hypochlorite with a pH of 12-14.
