29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: 3 Lincoln St, South Hadley, MA On March 5, 2013, two employees replacing roofing materials at the roof peak edge that was 23ft 2in above ground were exposed to fall hazards without the use of personal fall arrest, guardrail, or safety net systems.
