29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       a) 72 Hickory Ln., Closter, NJ:  Employee was exposed to fall hazard in excess of 22 feet while working on the roof of residential construction without use of guard rails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems, on or about 03/05/13.    The company was previously cited for violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number  312865942 and 314681214:    In regard to Inspection Number 312865942, Citation # 1, Item # 1 was issued on 07/09/10, with respect to a work place located at 231 Churchill Road, Tenafly, NJ. This citation was affirmed as   a final order on 08/12/10.    In regard to Inspection Number 314681214, Citation # 2, Item # 1 was issued on 03/29/12, with respect to a workplace located at 209 Glen Ave. Palisades Park, NJ. This citation was affirmed as a final order on 04/16/12.
