29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems or safety net: On March 01, 2013, employees were replacing a roof with a 4:12 pitch on a comercial building without using any type of fall protection. This conditon exposed employees to a fall up to 18 feet to the ground.
