29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Country Club Estates, Lot 4, Worksite On or about February 21, 2013, employees were conducting frame carpentry work, from an exterior top plate that was no less than 17 feet above grade, without any means of fall protection. b) Country Club Estates, Lot 4, Worksite On or about February 21, 2013, employees were conducting frame carpentry work near unguarded window frames, with a sill height of 24 inches and no less than 9 feet above grade, without any means of fall protection.
