29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.    The employer does not protect employees from falling when working 15 feet or more above lower levels.  This violation was observed on or about March 6, 2013, on the west side of a steel erected building where employees were exposed to an approximate 18 3/4 foot fall hazard when attaching sheet metal decking without a fall protection system.      Sonny Steel Erectors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 540959, citation number 1, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on February 4, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 107 W. Rankin Rd, Houston, Texas 77090.    Sonny Steel Erectors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315783878, citation number 1, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on November 22, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 9711 N. Sam Houston Pkwy., Humble, Texas 77396.    Sonny Steel Erectors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315696625, citation number 1, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on October 25, 2011 with respect to a workplace located at 6650 Spid, Corpus Christi, Texas 78412.    Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that employees are protected from falling when exposed to falls when working 15 feet or more above a lower level with an unprotected side or edge,
