Miscellaneous equipment and materials were stored adjacent to a spray booth, exposing employees working in the area to fire hazards.  b.  Welding operations were conducted at a distance of 16 feet-7 inches of a spray booth, exposing employees working in the area to fire hazards.

Employees that used chemicals for armoring vehicles used on a daily basis (i.e. Autobase Plus MM Q120 Toner, High Performance Reducer Medium, SEM Solve, Weldwood Multi-product spray adhesive, Self-Etching Primer Black. oxygen, acetylene, etc.)  were not provided with information and training, as evidenced by, among other conditions; employee lacked knowledge of location/availability of the company's hazard communication program; employee lacked knowledge of the purpose, location and availability of the required material safety data sheets, etc.
