29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Roof, new residential home located at 1050 Old Canton Road, Marietta, GA 30068: The employer failed to provide fall protection training to employees engaged in roofing activities on a 12/12 pitched roof at heights of 13'7" to 28' to the ground. Employees wearing no or inadequate fall protection systems while working on a steep roof were not provided a training program to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards.

Employees accessing this ladder were exposed to falls of approximately 13'7" to lower levels.
