29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Building 3, 4, and Office building: On or about December 22, 2016, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the dirt ground below while re-roofing an asphalt shingle roof while not wearing fall protection.
