29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: (a) On or about March 7, 2013, combustible residue deposits were present on the inside surfaces of the spray booth near the filter bank. The walls were not kept free as practical from accumulation of combustible residue deposits. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d). Abatement Note: Clean the spraying area after each job or day, as appropriate. Use tools of non-sparking material. Cleaning may be facilitated by the use of removable fire retardant coverings, such as treated booth paper.
