29 CFR 1910.217(d)(1)(i): Use dies and operating methods designed to control or eliminate hazards to operating personnel; and   a) On or about March 6, 2013, a press operator, operating the 500 ton Minster Press, received injuries to their head, arms, and chest when struck-by metal slabs during the production process.  Operating methods had not been developed and implemented that addressed the hazards of storing metal slabs in the press area.
