29 CFR 1910.1030(h)(2)(i)(A): Training records did not include the dates of the training sessions: a. DaVita Roxborough #3042 - The employer did not maintain accurate training records. An employees training records indicated that she had received "Mandatory Exposure Control/BBP" and "Mandatory Needlestick Injury Prevention" training courses on December 3, 2010, April 16, 2012, and April 27, 2012. The date, April 27, 2011, was not recorded on her training records. Accurate recordkeeping of the training sessions are necessary to assist the employer in determining whether the training program adequately addressed the risks involved in each job. Observed On or About March 8, 2013
