29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):    a) At the time of inspection the electrical control panel located in the servicing building contained blank breakers which were missing, exposing employees to accidental contact with live parts.    b) At the time of inspection multiple 120v receptacles and conduit boxes containing live wires were not guarded to prevent accidental contact. These are located throughout the service building including the overhead door controls.    C) At the time of inspection multiple 120v receptacles and conduit boxes containing live wires were not guarded to prevent accidental contact. These are located thoughout the wash building including control boxes for the wash itself.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):     Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:    At the time of inspection temporary wiring was in use for supplying electrical power to the equipment at the washing facility. The temporary flexible wiring was used in lieu of permanent wiring methods.

29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iii): Drainage or other means to control spills was not provided in areas where flammable or combustible liquids were transferred from one tank or container to another container:  At the time of inspection a spill kit was not present to handle any subsequent spills that may occur. The flammable liquid is transferred from one container to another in this area.
