Old Compressor Room:   The 220V freezer disconnect and the 100V cooler disconnect were blocked by the storage of stackable metal chairs.  B.  Central Supply, LL6:  Panel AH-B1 and B2 was blocked by the placement of an office desk.  C.  Basement Electrical Room:  Panel EP-S was blocked by the placement of a dolly and electrical lugs.  D.  Sub-Basement Storage Room:  Eaton Panelboard DP-1 was blocked by the storage of construction materials.
