Employees changed five gallon containers of Resolve Eight/Knoxville Disinfectant/Sanitizer without wearing eye protection.   B.	Employees used Resolve Five/Flint Oven and Grill cleaner while wearing safety glasses with side shields.  The Safety Data Sheet stated that splash googles or a face shield should be worn.

29 CFR  1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(B):The employer's Exposure Control Plan did not include the schedule and/or method of implementation for 29 CFR 1910.1030 (f) Hepatitis B Vaccination and Post-Exposure Evaluation and Follow-up and (h) Recordkeeping:  Facility:  On, or about, June 12, 2025, the following deficiencies were observed in the facility's Exposure Control Plan and associated documents:  A.	Hepatitis B Vaccination:  The program addressed offering the series to employees, but it did not address how to handle non-responders to the vaccination series.   B.	Post Exposure Follow-up:  The program addressed post exposure follow-up for exposure incidents, but did not address obtaining and providing a copy of the Physician's Written Opinion regarding Hepatitis B vaccination to an exposed employee.  An employee did suffer a sharps injury on March 19, 2024 and a Physician's Written Opinion was found in the file, however, this is not addressed in the Exposure Control Plan. C.	Recordkeeping:  The requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1030(h) were not addressed in the Exposure Control Plan.
