29 CFR 1910.107(d)(2): Spraying areas were not provided with adequate mechanical ventilation to remove flammable vapors, mists, or powders to a safe location and to confine and control combustible residues so that life was not endangered: On or about March 14, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were using a metal storage container to do spray painting operations, the metal container did not have an exhaust ventilation to remove the flammable vapors from the work area. Employees were exposed to the hazards of paint fumes and flammable vapors from the spray painting operation.
