29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a) On 3/13/13 four employees of Durable Roofing were not protected from falling, while working on a low slope roof, by any method of fall protection. Durable Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Nnumber 309842599, Citation Number 1,Item Number 1A and was affirmed as a final order on 8/26/2008, with respect to a workplace located at 411 W. Wood Dr. Wausau, WI 54401.
