29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling: (a) 354 Russell St Hadley, MA: On or about March 13, 2013, employees were observed working at the edge of the building to repair the low slope roof at this address without being protected from falling as required by this subpart: L.E. Morgan Construction Co. was previously cited for a repeat violation of the same occupational health and safety standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10)which was contained in OSHA inspection number 753801 which became final order on January 7, 2013 with respect to a work place located at 354 Russell St in Hadley, MA
