29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low sloped roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guard rail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Location - Roof, Bow Street, Cambridge: On or about 4/27/2015, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a roof with no fall protection. L.E. Morgan Construction Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 895951, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/08/13, with respect to a workplace located at 354 Russell St, Hadley, MA. L.E.
