29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: a) In the Warehouse Area, on or about March 15, 2013 - The employer did not maintain a clean place of employment in that containers of various amounts of corrosives, paints, cleaners and coating materials were kept in an unsanitary condition. In addition, several containers were observed to be leaking.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) In the Warehouse Area, on or about March 15, 2013 - The employer did not provide facilities for the quick flushing of the eyes where employees were exposed to corrosive materials. Employees handle concrete cleaner and deck coatings which are both corrosive materials.
