29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. In the Kitamura Turning Machine area, a machine operator was exposed to a trip and fall hazard from compressed air lines being strung across the floor between machines and work benches.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(5): Exposure of blades. When the periphery of the blades of a fan is less than seven (7) feet above the floor or working level, the blades shall be guarded. The guard shall have openings no larger than one-half (1/2) inch. In the Kitamura Turning Machine area, a machine operator was exposed to the moving fan blade of a Heat Buster three foot circular floor fan from the rear guard being pulled away from the frame creating a 3/4-1 1/4 inch gap.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. In the Vertical Milling Machine Area, four receptacle metal box outlets dropped from the ceiling were constructed with knockouts, in the ends of the boxes, and not mounted, in violation of their UL Listing and Labeling.
