29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219 (m) and (o): (a) Department 22 Cable Assembly - tube cleaning operation. On or about March 20, 2013, an employee at the tube cleaning station was exposed to caught-on hazards and the in-going nip-points on the two unguarded pulleys. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

On or about March 20, 2013, employees were exposed to the caught-on hazards of the moving unguarded chains and sprockets with the in-going nip-points. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

On or about March 20, 2013, employees were exposed to contact with hot temperature wire resulting in skin burns on the arms when pulling wire off the furnace lines. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
