29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On March 19, 2013 employees were installing a roof on a residential home under construction without using any type of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall up to 10 feet to the ground below. TOVAR ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 3135000449, CITATION NUMBER 001, ITEM NUMBER 01 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 17 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 334 EMERALD NOK, HORIZON TX, 79938. TOVAR ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313498966, CITATION NUMBER 001, ITEM NUMBER 01 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 22, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6480 GEYSER, EL PASO, TX, 79912.
