On January 09, 2014, an employee was working installing roofing matrerial without using any type of fall protection. This conditon exposed the employee to falls greater that 6 feet. TOVAR ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 3135000449, CITATION NUMBER 001, ITEM NUMBER 01 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 17 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 334 EMERALD NOK, HORIZON TX, 79938.
