29 CFR 1910.213(m)(1): The cutting heads of each wood shaper, hand-fed panel raiser, or other similar machine not automatically fed, were not enclosed with a cage or adjustable guard so designed as to keep the operators hand away from the cutting edge: Inside of the Lathe Room, the cutting heads belonging to the following wood shapers were unguarded: a/ Defiance Lathe #5. b/ Defiance Lathe #6. The Ames True Temper was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.213(m)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 741168, citation number 1, item number 1d and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Bernie Missouri.
