29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt shall be located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness shall be located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. a. On or about March 22, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations approximately twenty two (22) feet above the ground did not have lanyards attached to the center Dee-rings thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
