The employer did not develop and implement a hazard communication program as follows: a.) The employer did not develop a written hazard communication program. b.) The employer did not have material safety data sheets or safety data sheets available for all chemicals in the workplace to include, but not limited to, Finish Pro 5000 General Purpose Lacquer Thinner. c.) The employer did not train workers on the hazards of chemicals in the workplace to include, but not limited to, gun cleaner solvent, polyurethane coatings and waterbased paints.
