29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) North Saw Mill River Road, Elmsford, New York. In the general area where employees pass to and from the concrete work underway, protruding rebar approximately three to four inches above grade level was not capped off or otherwise guarded.
