29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. West side of building - an employee was exposed to a fall hazard, in that, the use of fall protection was not enforced while working from a Genie S-40 aerial lift. The approximate working height was 8'-8". Violation observed on or about 03/26/13.
