29 CFR 1915.73(d): When employees were exposed to unguarded edges of decks, platforms, flats, or similar flat surfaces, more than 5 feet above a solid surface, the edges were not guarded by adequate guardrails meeting the requirements of 29 CFR 1915.71(j)(1) and (2): Boat Building Section: On or about 3/28/2013, the employer did not ensure that the working platform staged around a boat had a mid-rail thereby exposing employees to a potential fall hazard.
