29 CFR 1917.43(e)(6)(i): Platforms used on fork lift trucks to elevate employees did not have railings complying with 29 CFR 1917.112(c): Wilmington Shipping Terminal: On or about 03/26/2013, the employer allowed the use a wooden palette as a lifting platform to lift employees to and from the the top of shipping containers. The palette lacked toe boards and guardrails and does not qualify as a lifting platform for employees. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQURED
